Why is Linn Star Transfer delivering my Home Depot appliances?
GE Appliances contracts with Linn Star Transfer to deliver and install appliances and to exchange appliances under warranty for Home Depot.
Why am I given a 4-hour time frame?
This is a requirement of GE Appliances and Home Depot. There can be over 10 deliveries per truck per day. Each delivery can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours depending on the type of installation. Our delivery trucks are routed geographically each day which provides the most efficient use of our delivery fleet. The 4 hour time frame allows for any installation delays or issues which may arise during a delivery/installation. We are committed to providing each customer with a completed delivery and install before we leave. We do our best to stay within the first two hours of your time frame and our delivery teams are trained to contact you 1/2 hour before we arrive at your house.
What can I do if the time frame given does not work into my schedule?
